Christian Rehab Program and Intake
Our rehab program is designed around privacy and confidentiality. You will notice this right from the start. Any information you share with our admission counselors is completely confidential and can not be released to anyone outside the rehab program without your written consent nor can we tell anyone you are in our rehab program without your consent.
You will find that our admission staff will do their best to make the process of admission into the rehab program as stress free as possible. In an effort to meet this goal, admission counselors will provide you with a pre-admission screening to make sure of your appropriateness physically, medically, emotionally and financially. We will answer any questions you may have pertaining to the rehab program and provide you information you will need.
From a financial perspective, if you happen to have health insurance allow us to interact with your insurance to insure they provide you with accurate information pertaining to our rehab program. In far too many cases, insurance companies do not provide all the information necessary or you may not know what questions to ask. Does your rehab accept third party reimbursement?
Absolutely. Our rehab program accepts third party reimbursement whenever possible.
Does your rehab program accept Medicare?
Unfortunately our rehab program does not accept Medicare benefits. We will be more than happy to refer you to a rehab program that does.
Does your drug treatment center offer payment plans?
In some cases, our rehab program will negotiate a limited payment plan.
Can I pay for your rehab program with a credit card?
Yes, we accept credit cards.
Is smoking and tobacco use permitted in your Christian rehab program?
As a rehab program for substance abuse, the use of tobacco is discouraged. Our medical staff will assist you with smoking cessation as part of your rehab program. For those of you who wish to smoke and use tobacco, there are specific areas especially for you.
Can your rehab program accommodate special dietary needs?
Prior to admission to our rehab program, just make us aware of your nutritional needs. If for some reason we can not meet your needs, we want to tell you before you are admitted to our rehab program.
Is drug and alcohol detox part of the rehab program?
As one of the elite Christian rehab programs in the United States, we will provide you with a comfortable detox experience and yes, it is included in the cost.
Can I bring my laptop and cell phone to the rehab program?
Unfortunately no you can not. We want you to be completely focused on your recovery. You are allowed to make phone calls with staff approval.
